I've been there 3 times past midnight. The waiter doesn't seem to care if you went to their restaurant and took a sit. You have to go after them and ask for something. Which is unusual. The other times I've been there the service was good. But I don't know why, when I go there at night I feel like I'm invisible.Also one day they said thank you for the customer in front of me. But when I paid and left the restaurant I heard silence. Why?

I have been here 5 times, I keep coming back because of their SUPERB tasting food but also very poor service, specially on my last visit it was very irritating. I was waiting in line to eat in, waited for about 1 hour which I was already used to. When it was finally my turn to sit down and there were already a couple of free tables, I asked the server and was told to wait a little more to be sat in, then I was ignored for another 15 minutes until a couple walked in and another server told them to just sit wherever they want. The server apparently thought I was waiting for a to go order and ok fine it was a mistake and he apologized but then they just started talking and laughing about it (while looking at me) which made me feel worse about the entire wait and felt humiliated. I've never felt that way in any restaurant I have been in. I will just look for a new place in Shin-Okubo and stop recommending this place to my friends.

There are plenty of nori menus. Not only that, there are other Korean food menus as well. Open 24 hours, you can eat Korean food whenever you go.
